Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Designated Manager to join our team. As a Designated Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our organization operates in accordance with 245D regulations, and policies. Your role will involve managing our compliance program and ensuring staff have appropriate training.
Duties:
- Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits to assess compliance
- Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance matters
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance
- Investigate and resolve compliance issues or complaints
- Prepare reports on compliance activities for management and regulatory agencies
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, behavioral health, business administration)
- Proven experience in program management or compliance-related roles
- Strong knowledge of laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to our organization (e.g., working with people with developmental disabilities)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
